Pre-season Strength & Conditioning

To get us into shape for the 2021/2022 season we welcome Ollie McCarthy, Leyton's new Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Ollie started in Personal Training in 2013 and went to Coach Rugby League in the Midlands including working with the Midlands Rugby League Academy.  He moved to London working with athletes to stay at home parents.  Ollie's backgrund is in strength and conditioning and means he draws from a wealth of experience in getting clients to feel good whist also performing well.

Leyton's pre-season Strength & Conditioning sessions

Venue: UEL Sports Dock, University Way, London

Time: 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm
